Project Coordinator - Omaha, NE

  • This is a contract to hire opening.
Project Coordinator - Job Duties:

  • Determines type and nature of office maintenance services needed, evaluates vendors, obtains competitive bids if warranted, monitors services rendered, and processes invoices for payment.
  • Maintains inventory of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including location, cost, and acquisition date.
  • Assists in the preparation of information for tax reporting and other inventory management purposes.
  • Evaluates, obtains pricing information, and orders office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Order, distributes, and maintains inventory control for all office supplies.
  • Ensures that all office equipment is maintained in top working order; repairs or obtains services as needed; maintains records and processes payments.
  • Maintains building security and card access system; responds to emergency situations on 24/7 basis.
  • Monitors all aspects of the office environment to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local codes.
Job Requirements:

  • MUST BE: Independent worker and thinker.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 3-5 yrs. relevant business experience.
Compensation: $17.00-$18.62/hr
