Randstad professionals is looking for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for various manufacturing & plant leadership roles throughout the company across North America.

responsibilities:
Works closely with the business unit managers to analyze their requirements against qualifications of the candidates, and match the best candidate for the vacant and/or newly created position in consultation with said managers.

Lead the sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process for the various candidates in the applicable positions.

Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to, internal databases, market and internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, and online social networking.

Handle the complete end-to-end Full Life-Cycle Recruiting, including the scheduling of interviews, quality assurance of candidates resumes, and acting as an active coordinator between management and the candidate as needed.

Act as liaison with area and regional employment, recruiting and advertising agencies; process and check agency billings; liaison with temporary agencies.

 
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management preferred and at least five (5) years of progressively responsible recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Masters in a relevant field preferred.

PHR and/or SPHR certifications desirable.

Experience in "full cycle" recruiting roles in either corporate or agency environments; preferably both.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) and HRIS experience a plus.

Fundamental knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing process improvement techniques, including, but not limited to, SQDCI, OTD, JIT, TPS, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, activities and objectives.
