Customer Service Representative Supervisor

Specific Duties:

  • Oversee a team of customer facing team members and ensure they are following policies and procedures.
  • Coach and provide feedback daily, complete side by side trainings and coaching's.
  • Understand business processes and be able to handle escalated callers.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, word and outlook.
Must have qualifications/experience:

  • 2+ years of supervisor experience.
  • Experience leading medium to large size teams of 20+ frontline customer service reps.
  • High school graduate + some college.
