  • Overlook and Drive supply chain activities for assigned product portfolio including demand planning, new product launch planning, inventory planning, and supply network planning
  • Manage the translation of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with regional marketing and commercial finance into inventory strategies and action plans in order to align market and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities
  • Responsible for setting safety stock levels, managing inventory tracking processes and reconciliation (i.e. actual vs. plan), and identifying/implementing inventory optimization opportunities for products in scope
  • Provide leadership to a team of supply chain planners by recruiting, training, mentoring, and rewarding for high levels of company contribution
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including distribution, transportation, merchandise planning, merchandise operations marketing/e-commerce, stores, finance, and information technology to continuously optimize the Supply Chain strategies
  • Manage initiatives and lead the translation of new product introductions and launch long-term strategic plan into actionable steps through analysis and thorough leadership and communication both internally and externally
  • Collate, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation from suppliers, vendors, and third parties
  • Develop the best in class processes/practices to manage extreme demand and product life cycle volatility across all channels
  • 3-5 years Supply Chain Operations experience, preferably in a fast-pace consumer products industry, special consideration given to candidates with experience in infant care category
  • 3+ years experience managing supply chain teams
  • Working knowledge of world-class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, and business savvy
  • Must be able to exert tactful influence in a matrixed organization
  • Must be a strong team player and communicator
  • Strategic and tactical thinker, with a persistent attention to detail, ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity and a high level of comfort in working with large quantities of data
  • Ability to support multiple projects (both tactical and strategic) in parallel
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and world-class ERP systems is required
