HRIS Anlayst(Human Resources)

job summary:
One of our top clients, located in Piscataway, NJ is looking to hire a temporary HRIS Analyst for a 1-3 month project assignment. This position will pay 29-31 per hour contingent on prior experience. Interested candidates should possess exceptional Microsoft Excel skills(including VLookup and Pivot Tables) as well as experience in using Oracle. The key responsibility of this position will be to perform all data entry functions using the Fusion HCM system. The incumbent must be an HRIS subject matter expert and a quick learner to understand and provide system support for various other HR systems.



Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all data entry processing of employment transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc.
  • Perform all tasks related to onboarding/off boarding in communication with other departments such as IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc.
  • Perform compensation data entry corrections . Provide system support, analysis of data, communication and coordination with end users
  • Execute standard reports and distribute accordingly on a scheduled basis
  • Provide Employment and Mortgage verbal and written verifications for internal and external inquires
  • Provide first level system support prior to IT Helpdesk escalation
  • Execute standard reports and distribute accordingly on a scheduled basis



Qualifications

  • Must have two to four years of hands on experience working with an Enterprise HCM system preferably Fusion HCM or Oracle EBS HCM but will consider other HCM systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and Google office products
  • Advanced Excel skills are required with competency using the vlookup formula, creating pivot tables, working with functions and multiple worksheets in a spreadsheet
  • Must have demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have demonstrated multi-tasking skills
  • Must be detail oriented and ensure data integrity
  • Confidentiality of all HR data is a Must
