Senior Benefits Analyst

job summary:
Fortune 500 Consumer Goods Company is seeking a Senior Benefit Analyst. The potential candidate will respond to basic inquiries from employees, retirees, and managers regarding HR plans, programs, and processes in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities of the Senior Benefit Analyst

  • Create and run ad hoc HRIS reports to provide input for analysis, reporting, data integrity review, and correction.
  • Enter and audit transactions and resolve errors in HR systems (e.g., SAP, stock, POP, BW)
  • Create and run ad hoc reports to provide input for analysis, reporting, data integrity review, and correction.
  • Assist in user testing and reporting.
  • Conduct fact-finding investigation activities (e.g., document review, consultation with appropriate Company officials) related to Company plans.
  • Benefit plan reporting - Ability to prepare participant and financial reports for health and welfare plans and retirement plans
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Required.
  • At least 7 years benefits administration required (Understanding of the record keeping and operational aspects of multiple or single benefit plans including health & welfare, 401k, defined benefit and defined contribution plans)
  • Benefit Plan Reporting - Ability to understand participant and financial reports for health and welfare plans and retirement plans.
