job summary:
Seeking a highly skilled professional to be an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Identify passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources
  • Screen and interview drivers
  • Process verifications of previous employment
  • Review and discuss contractor application with Recruiters
  • Enter and maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system
  • Monitor and answer daily emails in Microsoft Office and Tenstreet
  • Work with corporate and field Safety Specialists to schedule and onboard contractors
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Skills:

  • Associate degree
  • 1 year of recruiting experience in the transportation industry
