HR Operations Manager

job summary:
As a member of the Candidate Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring prospective employers have a magical experience from receiving their offer through to their first day in the company and beyond, aligning with our culture and values.

You will be focused on implementing innovative, scalable processes and providing first-class customer service in relation to central programs such as relocation, immigration, compensation and day one orientation.

You will work closely with the Compliance and Mobility Program Managers, advising on specific immigration issues, fostering new ideas and supporting the immigration hiring process.

You will be part of a truly global immigration and compliance team that leverages company philosophy, technology, immigration expertise and superb experience as an expert in this area.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Manage immigration service provider on all points of execution on immigration issue.
  • Build partnership with mobility ecosystem stakeholders (relocation, tax, staffing, hrbp's)
  • Offer expert guidance on immigration risks and compliance for mobility programs
  • Ensure efficient delivery of high quality immigration consultation services to employers
  • Improve immigration compliance and governance with better processes and data controls
  • Handle escalations and exceptions
  • Oversee programmatic pro-active immigration-education initiatives to keep stakeholders update to date on internal/external program changes
