Human Resources Data Specialist

job summary:
Human Resources Information Assistant is responsible for ensuring the data and information generated within the Leadership Staffing team (LST) are accurately captured and memorialized within our LST CRM system (Thrive).

In addition to managing data projects for the Knowledge Management team, recruiters and researchers, you will also be responsible for proactive system audits, ongoing quality control and identifying/analyzing usage patterns and making recommendations based on this analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage intake process for Thrive IQ and Bangalore (the two resources we currently have for data entry)
  • Creating Contacts in Thrive (ad-hoc requests)
  • Data entry to ensure timely active candidate pipeline
  • Data entry to ensure all research and candidate ID is captured
  • Tagging candidate records
  • Regular audits of closed searches; requisite clean-up
  • Upload and capture of mappings and top candidate lists
  • Maintenance of public networks
  • Documentation for special/ad hoc projects
  • Track and log bugs
  • Reviews usage; analyze and spot patterns; make recommendations; troubleshoot
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure ongoing data quality
  • Thrive team to help define data governance and quality standards
  • Help inform ideal future state (user workflows, future enhancements, trainings, etc)
  • Liaise with Thrive team on matters related to reporting, user requests/requirements
  • Various ad-hoc requests related to ongoing data integrity and quality (eg: helping interview/synthesize user feedback)
  • KM-specific support: Adding/updating exec moves data into Thrive Weekly gHire/Thrive Reconciliations Adding updates to Biblio Intelligence updates to KM Hubs Updates to Get Smart packs and other KM-related products Creating/updating LST Bios
