Partner Marketing Specialist

job summary:
We're looking for a marketing project management rock star who is also comfortable managing internal and external partners. Perhaps equally as importantly, we're looking for a marketer who is eager and able to wear many marketing hats to support our partners, from developing educational content, conducting consultative reviews of our partners' marketing assets, and project management with global external partners or internal teams.

Key responsibilities -

  • Lead project manager for multiple marketing workstreams, working closely with internal marketing teams, our creative agencies and external partners to ensure the team is staying on track with key project milestones and deliverables.
  • Be a champion of the evolving brand and program, by reviewing partner marketing assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines.
  • You'll be interacting with a global list of OEM, carrier and internal marketing partners over email or video conference to consult on brand guidelines, give suggestions for asset changes, and deliver constructive feedback on marketing assets.
  • Work with the wider Marketing team and partner with Product, PR, Legal teams to manage cross-functional projects
  • Manage localization projects in partnership with global partner brand managers or country marketers
  • Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and to the broader organization
