Overview

This role will support strategic insight initiatives focused on company digital properties that have visibility across various business divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multi-site RFP
  • Conduct analyses of website performance (integrating multiple data sources including quantitative results, trend information, and behavioral/Adobe data) and assist in preparing easy to interpret presentations that deliver insightful, strategic, and actionable insights
  • Understand business objectives and develop and execute research plans that effectively address needs of digital teams across the Enterprise
  • Respond to requests for ad hoc analysis within short timeframes and an emphasis on exceptional quality and accuracy
  • Effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring work is accurate, neat and error-free
  • Contribute to the success of a strong strategic insights group as a collaborative team member
Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ years' experience working with marketing research data
  • 1+ year experience working with digital insights
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel),
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business lines, functions, and seniority levels
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with passion for turning data into insights
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Research or business related field
  • 1+ years working in a professional environment
  • Experience blending behavioral and perceptional information in digital space
Soft Skills:

  • Strong communicator comfortable sharing insights with leaders across the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
