The primary responsibilities in this role will include: daily management of office, oversight of vendors, calendaring for executives, administrative support, management of reports using MS Excel, and special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3 + years experience in a similar role, top notch verbal and written communication skills, be able to multi-task well, work well with all levels of management, and must be reliable.
