This is a 6 month assignment and the manager is looking to hire quickly.

Job Summary

The Own Brand Compliance Project Manager role supports the companies Brands Group's teams to help ensure compliance to our ethical, legal, and quality policies. This position is responsible for the project management and reporting functions of our factory audit program, as well as implementation of any product or process changes due to regulatory changes. This person and will act as the liaison between our third-party audit service provider, our Sourcing Team, and the Product Team, and will report into the Director of Own Brand Regulatory Compliance, Quality, and Process Excellence.

Primary Responsibilities of the Brand Compliance Project Manager:

- Set up & inactivate factories in Enovia PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system

- Answer questions related to audit program, policy, and process (including those related to delays)

- Coordinate between Factory Certifications Team and Product & Sourcing Teams to keep quality & social accountability audit compliance up to date

- Create audit compliance reporting (both forward & back-looking) and share with Product & Sourcing teams to improve compliance

- Act as project manager to ensure deliverables are completed thoroughly and on time by various cross-functional team members for any regulatory update projects

Brand Compliance Project Manager Skills Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of strong Project Management experience

- Coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of a project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of a project.

- Flexible Work Arrangements are Available

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to work with a diverse team
