job summary:
Fortune 500 Consumer Goods Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator. The accounts payable coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of routine clerical accounting functions following standard procedures within the assigned department. This assignment is part time up to 18 months.

  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Work with purchase orders
  • Process debits/credits.
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers effectively
Education & Skills Requirements

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

2+ years' experience in accounting/finance working with accounts payable and purchase orders. Must have strong communication skills both oral and written.

Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience required. SAP experience highly preferred

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of routine clerical accounting functions supporting the Innovation team to help them set up their purchase orders and pay invoices. This is a part time role initially and could last up to 18 months.

  • Process debits/credits.
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers effectively
