job summary:
Operations Specialist - Charlotte, NC

  • This is a contract role expected to last 12 months.
Operations Specialist - Job Duties:

  • Through the use of relational databases and other reporting tools, compiles data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal processes.
  • Prepares reports for management review.
  • Duties include quality assurance testing and reporting.
Job Requirements:

  • Must be well organized and able to communicate and coordinate with various players.
  • Must be a self starter and able to dig into the weeds and into details.
  • Excel (pivot tables, etc) skills are a must.
  • Access database experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
Compensation: $17.61/hr
