Conduct online research to assist with decision making

Correspond with vendor, business and candidate regarding the status of a candidate's background check.

Keep candidate file up-to-date throughout the life cycle of a candidate's background check within our internal database.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

Basic to intermediate MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) skills.

Effective written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Sound judgement.

Able to handle a high volume of work in a fast pace environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Entry level HR or recruiting experience.

Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Able to gather and analyze information skillfully.

Basic knowledge of US court systems and terminology.
