Financial Systems Manager

Our fast growth healthcare client in Broward County has created this new position to support the systems infrastructure and process needs in streamlining the finance and accounting function across corporate and divisional locations.

responsibilities:
Key responsibilities for this positions include:

- Support finance operations in various internal and external revenue systems

- Be a functional subject matter expert in all financial modules to support the requirements analysis,configuration and business process design

- Ability to understand the business context and Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Management

- Monitor all delivery of digital data to Microsoft Excel and other tools

- Document and identify all technical opportunities and ensure working efficiency for finance

- Upgrade and ensure the maintenance of financial systems and architectural design

- Provide backup to meet basic requirement and enhance completion of financial programs performing regular analysis

- Maintain all application for security systems

- Perform tests on new processes, review applications and prepare appropriate reports

- Provide training and backup support to users and workers in finance department

 
qualifications:
Key qualifications to be considered for this position include:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or related area

- Prior experience with supporting and configuring financial systems

- Prior experience managing and administering Host Analytics (or similar financial analysis and reporting systems) required

- Prior experience managing and administering Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (or similar) required.

- Experience with writing queries and extracting data using MS SQL

- Prior project implementation experience as a project lead or Subject Matter Expert

- Hands-on experience using analysis and reporting tools (ex. Qlik Sense or similar)

- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Access, and advanced Excel skills

- Accounting background required

- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and work collaboratively as a team player

- Fast learner and ready to pick up new knowledge and new assignments

- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
