Staffing Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

Your main activities will involve working closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing interview schedule paperwork
  • Processing candidate reimbursements
  • Calendaring and Scheduling
  • Providing recruiting-related information and support
  • Other manageable tasks as assigned
  • Preparing Interview travel requests
Knowledge & Skills Required :

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience supporting a corporate human resources department a plus
  • 1 plus years of experience in a medium to large high tech company
  • Ability to use good judgement in an ambiguous situations
  • Complete knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Outlook Exchange or 365.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with various levels of the organization.
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Must be able to work in a deadline oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
