Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Norwalk, CT

  • This is a contract role expected to last 6 months.
Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Job Duties:

  • Proactively source and attract a diverse slate of prospects/passive candidates. This will require in-depth knowledge of the talent landscape, research/sourcing tools and intermediate to advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar systems.
  • Pre-screen prospects/passive candidates and make initial recommendations to recruiters.
  • Establish and cultivate networks, partnerships and individual relationships with the intent of sourcing as well as talent pipelining in advance of the need. This will require a high level of relationship management, negotiation skills follow up and follow through.
Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education required: High School/GED
  • Education preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years
  • General understanding of the Talent Acquisition process
  • Ability to develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining a "network"
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interview and assess talent
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability work on a variety of projects simultaneously
  • MS Office and Applicant Tracking experience
Compensation: $34.00-$36.67/hr
