Benefits Analyst

job summary:
Randstad is currently working with an industry leader in Financial Services located at their headquarters in Downtown Boston. This position is starting off as a 5 month long consulting engagement where there may be opportunity to turn into a permanent position.

This person should have experience in contributing to corporate benefits including, enrollments, acquisitions, compliance, and implementations.

Duties:

  • Use metrics and analysis to Identify benefit design enhancements and cost saving opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders/ Project Managers on benefit integration due to acquisitions, transition to new vendors/ implementations/ RFPs
  • Ability to summarize and analyze global benchmark data and claims analysis
General Requirements:

  • Ability to partner with Finance, GHR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, Legal, Procurement, and External Vendors
  • 8 years (benefit design, consulting, retirement plans,
  • Experience integrating benefits post acquisition or merger
  • Ability to work independently but also partner with teams to deliver project objectives
  • Technical and analytical skills required
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, CEBS Certification, MBA or PMP certified
