Senior Learning Consultant

job summary:
Senior Learning Consultant - Remote

  • This is a contract role expected to last 10 months.
  • Looking for a senior learning consultant to help support a large-scale organizational initiative called Disability 2.0.
Senior Learning Consultant - Job Duties:

  • This resource will lead the needs analysis, learning strategy and implementation planning phases for a host of learning initiatives that extend across this cross-business initiative.
  • This Role will be expected to work with multiple Product leads/resources, to identify training needs within each area, as well as identify cross-over training opportunities in each designated facet of the project.
  • Expectation would be to assist in creating over plan, strategy and calendar to address all training opportunities.
  • In addition, assessment as to what is required for each product/initiative's training program, including but not limited to; coordination of internal training sessions, as well as content development through established vendors or need to secure additional external resources.
  • Within this is a fast-paced environment, candidates will be asked to leverage internal knowledge and experiences AND partner with key leaders / resources across the claims organization to develop a comprehensive, robust training plan for this project.
Job Requirements:

  • Strong Learning Consulting and/or Human Resource Management background,
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Strong Project Management skills (all aspects including tracking, benefits, budget)
  • PowerPoint presentations skills
  • Strong Influencing / Collaboration Skills
  • Meeting scheduling, coordination, some facilitation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Person needs to be flexibility and comfortable with fast paced project environment
Compensation: $45.00-$51.55/hr
