Responsibilities

  • Performs duties related to enrolling, dis-enrolling, and maintaining membership files.
  • Accurately inputs information into a computer, verifying information on screen, and retrieving information upon request
  • Processes manual or telephonic enrollment by transcribe
  • Enters and validates data from standard source documents into the various systems.
  • Conducts phone interaction with members or regulatory agencies related to issue resolution.
  • Adheres to productivity. quality. and compliance expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • A High School or GED Required
  • 6 months of experience in in basic data entry or office work Required
  • Ability to multi-task Beginner
  • Ability to proof large bodies of materials Beginner
  • Ability to work as part of a team Beginner
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing
  • Microsoft Excel Beginner Required
  • Microsoft Outlook Beginner Required
  • Microsoft Word Beginner Required
