Sales Force Administrator

job summary:
  • Managing multiple Salesforce environments and onboarding across the organization
  • Being the point of contact for staff who experience technical issues with Salesforce
  • Ensuring new Salesforce releases, vendor deployments, and other Salesforce updates are communicated and deployed in a way that maximizes adoption and minimizes organizational impact
  • Partnering with our managers and consultants to ensure new functionality is built, tested and deployed in a timely manner
  • Designing and delivering innovative solutions focused on helping our team get the most out of Salesforce
  • Monitoring our data for orphan, duplicate and incomplete records, and enforce high-quality data standards across our organization
  • Ensuring data is only accessible at the right times, to the right people, through regular maintenance of profiles, permission sets, roles and hierarchies, sharing rules and user management
  • Working with our teams to build and maintain intuitive reports and visualizations
  • Working closely with leadership and business process owners to define training needs for our new and existing user groups. You will then build and maintain Salesforce training curriculum that minimizes user onboarding time and maximizes new feature adoption

qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • BA/BS from a premiere 4-year university
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally with a SaaS company
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard (lightning enabled) capabilities of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce.com reporting functionalit
  • MUST live in Miami or New York
