Adjudication Specialist

job summary:
  • Facilitate individualized assessments for background checks, including the review of background check results and candidate responses to determine if applicant meets hiring requirements
  • Partner with legal team to ensure XPO is in compliance with all appropriate regulations related to pre-screening
  • Respond to inquiries about background check practices and processes
  • Produce reports relating to background check practices and processes as requested
  • Audit staffing agencies' background check process to ensure agencies are in compliance with requirements
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary
