Accounts Receivable Specialist

job summary:
AR/Billing Specialist

- Process and upload invoices to all customers on daily basis

- Process payments, credit memos etc

- Monitor and work on aging reports for collection on past due invoices

- Download statement on weekly basis on all past due invoices and email to customer

- Set up accounts and payment terms for all new customers

- Work with bookkeeper/CPA closely and support them with files as needed for bank reconciliation and annual tax returns

- Verify daily orders against all invoices going out

- Contact and call customer when needed to collect payment for past due invoices

- Verify and reconcile all credit memos, chargebacks, and shipment shortages

- Support all accounting related matter as needed

Requirement

- Have 2-3 experiences in accounting

- Very organized, able to multi-task and prioritize the daily work

- Very detail oriented and careful

- Able to professionally keep all work confidential, reliable and honest

- Knowledge and experience in NetSuite is a plus
