Payroll Processor

job summary:
Randstad Professionals is currently assisting our client located in Lancaster, PA with a Payroll Processor role. This is temp/contract to hire.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
  • Update payroll records by entering changes to employee information
  • Responsible for calculating payroll taxes and other payroll deductions
  • Answer payroll inquiries and resolve potential discrepancies
  • Prepare reports on employee earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and non-taxable wages
Requirement:

  • Knowledge of basic payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of and experience with payroll software and systems such as ADP, Intuit, Workday, PeopleSoft, Thunder Payroll, Kronos, AS400 and JD Edwards
  • Detail-oriented and confidental
  • High Scholl diploma
