job summary:
HR Corporate Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and processing unemployment, workers comp, and employer liability claims
  • EEO reporting
  • Document creation (offer letters, term letters etc)
  • Open enrollment
  • Employee Handbook / Onboarding materials (videos, packets etc
  • Create and Maintain reports (turnover, recruiting, performance metrics etc)
  • Corporate position recruiting
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in a corporate general human resources setting
  • Worked with HRIS systems - Paycom
  • Excellent software skills - paperless, Word, Excel
  • Confidence
  • Certified training, college degree, and HR organization membership are preferred
