Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business system analysis, reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination
  • 7+ years of experience in online software or fraud product management, project management or business analysis experience

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology business systems analysis or fraud management analysis.
  • Knowledge and understanding of operational work flows/processes for financial services.
  • Experience with Post Mortem Fraud Analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Project tools, Tableau, SQL, Trusteer Pinpoint, Actimize IFM and PEGA Smart Investigate.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting and executing on a variety of programs, services and initiatives.

- Candidates are accountable for pulling and analyzing of data, and/or creating reports. Examples might include, but are not limited to: workflow process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, and business metrics.

- Participates in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with functional business partners.

- Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.

- Develop business cases and justification to support business decisions

- Conduct research on vendor capabilities

- Produce documentation and support completion of key deliverables for complex initiatives

- Participate in business requirements and use case creation in conjunction with Business Analysts

- Prioritize defects and ensure that they are resolved in a timely fashion

- Partner with vendor and product manager to research tool performance and track post mortem analysis on ATO/BEC cases

- Analyze key indicators used in fraud detection and develop business metrics reporting

- Partner with product managers, technology and investigators to triage and track production support requests
