Medical Billing Call Center Representative

job summary:
Our client, a leading 3rd party medical billing firm in Monmouth County, NJ is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to assist their organization. This role will be staffed on a temp to hire basis.

The schedule for the Call Center openings is M-F - 8:30-5:30. Individuals with prior front desk experience in a physician office would be an excellent fit. Candidates must know how to read an EOB and interpret billed charges.

Candidates should possess the following:

Excellent CSR skills

Must be able to speak with patients in a clear concise manner

Must be able to review account information and provide informative answers regarding bills

Knowledge of handling insurance payments/adjustments and co-pays

Experience with EPIC or Centricity is a plus.
