Customer Service Representative

job summary:
We have partnered with an energy services company in the Shelton area who has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. This person will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, as well as coordinating with customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Post delivery tickets
  • post and process customer payments
  • answer general account questions and create service tickets
Required skills:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience required
  • 3+ years in HVAC preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance
