Our Corporate Properties Group (CPG) manages our corporate real estate portfolio, and we support over 9,300 locations in 35 countries. Our customers are the Team Members, contract staff and other personnel that work in our retail stores and administrative buildings.

This position is within the Real Estate Strategic Services & Innovation team and will be responsible for leading or contributing to several concurrent initiatives in an ongoing enhancement program for real estate service delivery. This role is instrumental in leading business transformation, process improvement, customer experience enhancement and organizational change initiatives to improve how CPG delivers real estate services to our Line of Business (LOB) customers.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support CPG real estate service delivery, which includes business process design for space reservation and Workplace services
  • Partner with change management and technology teams in identifying and mitigating risks, and in building the technology roadmap
  • Define business requirements and partner with web developers to develop, test and deliver a quality user experience
  • End-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end
  • Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and enhancing operational processes where necessary
  • Manage customer feedback and correspondence
  • Assist with development and execution of marketing and communication plans
Required Skills

  • Implementation experience with specific focus on new technologies, process improvement, and customer experience enhancement
  • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver impactful Power Point presentations and communications to leaders, peers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing Excel to create digestible reports/tables/graphics and form recommendations based on the data
  • Must be highly organized and proactive
  • Form effective partnerships across multiple areas of the company
Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital products and web applications desirable
  • Process oriented
  • Customer experience design
