Contract Administrator

job summary:
A fortune 100 consumer goods company, is currently seeking a dynamic and process driven Contract Administrator for an immediate contract opening. The Contract Administrator prepares and facilitates Statement of Work (SOW) documentation that involve the purchase goods and services and coordinating with the Legal team as needed. This is a 4 month engagement through April of 2019.

Contract Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Prepares and facilitates Statement of Work (SOW) documentation that involve the purchase goods and services, coordinating with Legal team as needed.
  • Works with Legal and Safety/Security teams to ensure that suppliers are in compliance with agreements, legal requirements and government regulations
  • Documents business terms and conditions with internal partners and suppliers
  • Works with internal partners to understand contractual and technical requirements of each project
  • Tracks authorizations and correspondence with the supplier and Coke Florida Legal
  • Prepares and disseminates information to requesters regarding contract status and facilitate contract and SOW meetings as needed
  • Monitors supplier performance to ensure adherence to both Master Services Agreement (MSA) and SOW; Ensures adherence with both the legal and procurement policy
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree a must, a recent law school graduate would be ideal

- Minimum of 2 years related experience in a professional environment

- The candidate(s) would need to have some legal strength, a recent law school graduate or someone pending their board results.
