Human Resources Generalist - Camden, NJ

  • This is a contract role expected to last 6 months.
Human Resources Generalist - Job Duties:

  • This position is a hands-on HR generalist role and will be responsible for supporting the business in the areas of talent management, learning & development, employee relations, and project management.
  • Primary focus will be on supporting the Corporate Functions including R&D, Finance, HR, Global Communications, Legal, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Principal Accountabilities

1. Talent Management: Support business leaders in the design of job descriptions to accurately reflect their needs, partner with compensation to ensure the role is appropriately leveled, collaborate with leaders through the selection process and support new employee onboarding.

2. Learning & development: Support the execution of learning and development programs designed to build leadership capability.

3. Employee Relations: Respond to and manage employee relations issues; coach employees and managers on performance management and execution of performance improvement plans; build and foster an environment of trust.

4. HR Project Management: Support the design and implementation of plans for HR projects including key change initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Human Resources generalist experience or related business experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Masters degree preferred
  • Strong HR background supporting talent management, change and culture, etc.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, project management and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $40.00-$46.67/hr
