  • This is a contract role expected to last 6 months.
Recruiting Coordinator - Job Duties:

Interview Scheduling

  • Coordinates and schedule interview logistics, schedule, meeting requests, candidate travel
  • Distributes and collect the Employment Application at time of interview
  • Plays a key role in aiming for interview to be schedule swiftly and timely
  • Collaborates with Talent Advisor and Hiring Manager, and applicants to ensure scheduling and management of interview process using written and/or verbal communication
Administrative Support/Communication

  • Responds to talent acquisition needs and inquires from Talent Advisor, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Applicants, etc
  • Provides accurate and timely updates about ongoing activities as necessary
  • Professional, courteous, and mindful communication at all levels
Job Requirements:

  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Looking for strong organizational and communication skills, prioritization of work, multi-tasking, working with confidential information, attention to detail
Compensation: $25.00-$30.00/hr
