  • This is a contract role expected to last 3 months.
Customer Success Specialist - Job Duties:

  • In this role, you will resolve questions and troubleshoot an array of issues related to billing, account setup, campaign performance, and advertising policies.
  • You will also be proactively reaching out to prospective customers via social media, emails, phone, and chat.
  • You will also help the team establish new channels of customer support and streamline new workflows.
Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of work experience
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM tool
  • Experience with content review, policy and/or enforcement
  • Expertise in Excel, data analysis, and modeling
  • Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment
Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hr
