Marketing Specialist- Job Duties:

  • This position is responsible for supporting IS marketing and collaborating with user experience disciplines (integrated marketing and TOS). This role will work in partnership with the IS Product Management Office and Pivot team to identify and execute tactical initiatives within the Pivot marketing strategy.

    • [20%] Trending metrics and reporting
    • [5%] Database management (user, prospect and influencer)

Project management

Trending metrics and reporting

Database management

1) [25%] Project management

-Manages processes for capturing updates, SME routing/review, and signoff

-Conducts stakeholder interviews to identify content needs

-Manages updates to site statistics and accolades on a quarterly basis

-Manages the annual review of disclosures, Privacy and Terms of Use oversight

-Execution of Pivot periodic reviews [CAT Compliance]

-Monitors, identifies and deploys metrics to measure the success of deployed content

2) [50%] Pivot communications

- Supports all creation and management of email marketing

-Develops and authors or coordinates the creation of marketing collateral

-Provides copywriting support for Pivot alerts/notifications

-Supports Intranet content development and management

-Creates social media/LinkedIn content to support strategic plan

-Executes video/tutorials through copy, content generation and creative agency relationship management

-Maintains public "Announcements" and "Market News & Insights pages with monthly updates

3) [20%] Trending metrics and reporting

-Develop processes aimed at capturing monthly web activity via SiteCatalyst

-Development of quarterly reports capturing marketing campaign and channel metrics

- Disseminate marketing and related site metrics to key stakeholders within IS business lines, marketing and executive leadership

4) [5%] Database management¬¬¬¬ (user, prospect and influencer)

-Development of new database of Pivot specific users, prospects and influencers

-Development of processes for quarterly data capture of updates, bounce backs, opt-outs stakeholders within IS business lines, marketing and executive leadership

Job Requirements:
