Scheduling/Planning Coordinator

job summary:
Our Hartford County client has an immediate need for a Scheduling/Planning Coordinator. The Planning Coordinator will work closely with management to develop new methodology for workers payment submissions, tax verification and usage scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on resource projects for policy and process enhancements.
  • Provide operation support to all teams, focusing around remote personnel.
  • Facilitate streamlined payment processes for big events.
  • Participate in Operations meetings and conference calls.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills.
  • SAP is highly preferred, MS Excel is required.
