This company has grown from one division to over ten over the last twenty years, and their AP Department has grown as well. As Accounts Payable Manager you will supervise a large staff that processes over 2,000 invoices per month. This is a true supervisory position, where you will handle employee issues, address concerns from vendors, and lead by example while building rapport with others throughout the company. You will be asked to work at a very fast pace and assist with a systems conversion while recommending changes to improve efficiency.
Some people are comfortable simply processing accounts payable, and others enjoy helping those same people through effective management techniques. We are seeking the latter.
To be considered for this position you must
possess the following:
- A "can do" attitude - No negativity allowed here.
- Experience using a high-end integrated ERP package - Any large system will do.
- Four year college degree - Business degree is preferred but others certainly considered.
- Management experience - Two or more years with two of more staff.
- An ability to make things happen!
