Executive Assistant

job summary:
Provide administrative support to three executives on tasks including scheduling meetings, booking travel, handling expense reports, and organizing team events. Overall/Daily responsibilities include assisting executives with administrative tasks such as calendaring, arranging travel, and planning events.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Requirements: 5 + year of admin experience. College degree preferred. A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them. Strong communication skills. Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
