Job Description:

Essential Functions

- Assists in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and programs, to drive awareness and maintain the company's presence as the topmost thought-leader and solutions provider within the financial services industry.

- Works collaboratively with editorial and other cross-functional teams in the preparation and creation of digital content and all other digital assets to support digital marketing efforts.

- Assists in the day-to-day execution of e-mail marketing campaigns to drive client engagement.

- Prepares online marketing activity reports and works with the database group to include applications, policies and premium as a result of online forms.

- Assists in establishment of digital marketing requirements for strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

- Helps to coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives to achieve overall organization objectives.

- Assembles metric analysis and reporting

- Works with manager to help with the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.

- Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines and business segments.

- Provides official review of client surveys and questionnaires within the region. Grants approval permissions for surveys who meet and adherence to company brand standards.

- Evaluates research collected and reaction to promotional activities in order to recommend strategy adjustments.

Proficiencies

Required technical experience in the following areas:

- Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud (preferred) or similar Customer Relationship Management platforms.

- E-mail Studio Marketing Cloud (preferred) or similar e-mail marketing platforms.

- Adobe Experience Manager (preferred) or similar web content management platforms.

- Qualtrics Survey Software (preferred) or similar survey management software.

- Google Analytics (preferred) or similar web analytics platforms.

- Cvent (preferred) or similar event registration management platforms.

Preferred experience and skillset in the following areas:

- Webcast Management utilizing platforms such as WebEx, On24 or similar webcasting solutions.

Preferred soft skills desired:

- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively when working with colleagues and other stakeholders to support digital content marketing efforts and meet department goals and deadlines.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpretation skills; ability to be clear and concise.

- Ability to be both a self-starter and team player; proactive and performance-driven in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Possesses a high aptitude for mastering marketing technology software and other systems related to digital marketing.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, including proofreading, editing and maintaining brand voice consistency.

- Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements.

Pay: $35-$40/hour
