Retail Operations Coordinator

job summary:
Position Description

Project Overview: We work together with a vendor to train in store associates and to do assisted selling in retail stores. Our focus is selling the client's Hardware products in retail stores. Our team is organized by retail partners and you would support all team members cross-functionally (retail partner agnostic) with reaching their sales goals. Support the team with ongoing and adhoc analysis of sellout performance and drivers. Collaborate cross-functionally with other analysts, business owners and engineers on larger scale insights projects. Report on analytical findings to peers and managers. Set up a team knowledge platform by suggesting an organization structure for documents, key reports, etc. Top 3 responsibilities: - Analyze sellout performance drivers - Improve current field team training and assisted selling initiatives by providing insights on key success factors - Set up knowledge network for team

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

Required Qualifications: - BA/BS degree in any field or equivalent - 3 years of experience in retail operations or analytics - Strong analytical skills - Strong organizational skills - Enjoys working with a team - Good communication skills
