Position Description

Program Manager -

    As a Program Manager you are responsible for delivering best-in-class events to our customers and select company teams. You will report to the Head of the Experience Center and partner with them on the business & operational plan for the center. This role requires full time on the company in Redwood City. You will possess a unique ability to work across diverse cultures and act as a bridge to all partner teams. You are detail-oriented with an ability to manage both long-term projects and day-of/run-of-show activities, and have a passion for delivering experiences to clients and partners alike.
Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders to deliver best-in-class internal & external events, leaving participants inspired and energized. - Provide direct event management support and expertise for key high-profile events to be held at the Experience Center. - Collaborate on space allocation strategy to maximize utilization and build cross-functional partnerships.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory- Minimum 4 years of experience planning and executing events up to 400 guests. - Experience in event strategy, customer experience and budget management. - Superb organization, planning, and event management skills. - Outstanding written and interpersonal skills.

Desired- Advanced project management / operational management skills.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across a variety of internal/external groups, including executive leadership.

- Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and demonstrated ability to act "on the fly".
