job summary:
Events Specialist - Pennington, NJ

  • This is a contract role expected to last 12 months.
Events Specialist - Job Duties:

  • Position will provide support for local FA conference planning and execution.
  • Position will be responsible for all project management responsibilities and logistical planning for several FA conferences throughout the year.
  • Individual will work with various levels of management and marketing partners.
Job Requirements:

  • Conference planning experience
  • Prior BAC experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Strong organization and communication skills also required
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time critical
  • Possible travel to Orlando, FL (2x per year)
Compensation: $32.00-$35.00/hr
