  • Issue T&M invoices: review hours charged to the project, check billing rates, review contract / PO to verify amount invoiced is correct
  • Issue invoices for reimbursable expenses: review receipts to ensure billable per contract; maintain recurring billing schedule
  • Reconcile costs billed but not charged to projects
  • Provide Project Managers with labor & expense reports
  • Ensure finalized invoices are uploaded in Oracle, as well as, submitted to client's portal
  • Work closely with Project Accountants to reconcile unbilled revenue
  • Work closely with AR Analyst to collect aged AR; process AR credits upon management's approval;
  • Assist Project Accountant with project setup & closure
  • Complete special projects as needed.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience
  • Construction based industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a face-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
