They are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a temp to hire basis and are looking to start immediately!

responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the scanning, indexing, vouchering and check processing for all invoices for company facilities. This position requires the ability to follow processes and procedures and the understanding of the importance of processing timely payment to vendors. This position also assists with the researching and responding to vendor inquiries as well as assisting with the month end close process by meeting processing deadlines.

 
qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Has initiative, resourcefulness, analytical ability, ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with all groups and individuals
