Our client, a dynamic organization in the Malvern Area, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join their team. This Temp-Hire Position

salary: $19 - 24 per hour
work hours: 9-5
experience: 3 Years
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing blanket purchase orders.
- Assist in month end closing process by recording AP accrual, processing invoices, analyzing and running reports.
- Data entry accounts payable inventory and non-inventory invoices
- Identify discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders and contact the appropriate group to resolve any issues
- Scan and file all invoices.
- Respond to inter-company and external customer inquiries.
3-5 years Accounts Payable experience
Oracle or SAP experience preferred
Strong excel skills
