Position will support the Manager with a variety of accounting reconciliation work, month-end close support, expense reporting, and a variety of other projects. About the role

As our Staff Accountant you be part of a highly valued Finance team. Expected to be self-managed and driven by team goals, you will have the opportunity to take the ownership of the day to day accounting and financial operation functions.

What you'll do

  • Manage merchant settlement process including daily reconciliation and ad hoc reporting to merchant accounting teams
  • Own expense reimbursement process
  • Play an important role in the implementation of our new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Assist in the month end close process
  • Create and initiate new processes and procedures to support expanding team deliverables driven by business expansion
  • Drive improvements in processes and procedures you handle
  • Ad hoc finance projects, including external audit requests, expense reporting, and tax matters

What you'll do

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 1-4+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in MS Excel
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Hunger to learn, apply skills, and grow within the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deliverables
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks), Salesforce, and Trinet a plus
