job summary:
Position Description

Provision G Suite domains for Chrome IT Admin Exam

Send pass/fail emails and certificates to exam candidates

Ship swag to exam candidates

Answer exam support tickets

Verifying exam incident reports

Updating exam content

Liaising with 3rd party vendors

Drive as a co-lead the overall events (Customer Advisory Boards, Customer/Partner Trainings, Customer Roundtables).

Organize the location, the rooms, the speakers, the attendees and the general logistics for the events

Organize the food, SWAG, transportation, etc

Present at training events

Event Follow up with internal team and customers

Creating newsletters

Customer success forum moderator

Call reports tracking and prize distribution

Facilitate team communications

Maintain offline trials program

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

B.A. or B.S. degree. 2-5 years of work experience,preferably in the technology industry and in a project / program management role. Experience in improving processes, identifying issues in processes, suggesting user-focused improvements, and navigating/influencing cross-functional teams to drive these changes. Proven track record of managing projects, especially around issues/open items. Ability to work with minimal daily supervision. Ability to seamlessly multitask across several projects with varying responsibilities, content and scope. Demonstrated discretion and strong judgment, with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with all levels of internal clients and external clients.
