HR Sourcing Coordinator Mandarin Speaker

job summary:
Facilitate candidate coordination and on-boarding

Manage processes and candidate status updates within an applicant tracking system

Builds working relationships with members of the Experienced Recruiting team, partners, staff, EAs and HR colleagues

Plan and participate in recruiting meetings and events

Respond to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires

Share best practices and creates consistency with peers

Screen and assess potential contacts and candidates when appropriate. At least 1 year of similar experience in recruiting processes and systems

Knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practice. Attention to detail

Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Communicates clearly, both orally and in writing

Flexible; with the ability to work well independently and as a team.

Strong computer skills including proficiency with standard Microsoft Applications. Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience

*** Previous HR Recruiting experiences is preferred. Fluent Mandrain/English language skills
