Company offers team environment, visionary management team, and competitive compensation package. This is a newly created role that will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain employee handbook
- Developing departmental goals
- Manage Compensation Program
- Benefits Administration to include open enrollment and COBRA
- Maintain Affirmative Action Program
- New employee Orientations
- Employee Relations
- Federal and State Compliance
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relative experience in human resources and organizational development with a large, fast paced financial technology or financial services organization
, possess the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adjust well to change. Other requirements include:
*Bachelor's Degree, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field
*Experience with managing HR function for population of 300+ FTEs
*Top-Notch verbal and written communication skills
